Return Policy
1. Returns
At Blyss, we carefully pack and inspect every décor item before shipping. Since our products are delicate decorative pieces, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Returns will only be accepted in the following case:
- The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the damage must be provided when requesting the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged:
- Decorative figurines and sculptures after use
- Mini collectibles or decorative accents without original packaging
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Products returned without photo/video proof
Note
Blyss reserves the right to decline return requests if the claim is invalid or evidence is not provided.
Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective, and
- Your return request has been approved by our support team.
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For
- Products that are not damaged
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Claims without valid photo or video proof
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless:
- The item arrived damaged, or
- The wrong product was shipped.
Exchange Policy
1. Exchanges
At Blyss, exchanges are available only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Photo or video evidence must be submitted.
Exchange Not Applicable For
- Used décor items
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items without proper proof of damage
Exchange Process
- Once the exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the replacement product.
- The replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Note
If the replacement product is out of stock, we will issue a refund according to our Refund Policy.
